Client Experience Team
Main description
Apply your skills at a fast-paced, fun real estate startup, working with the management team to engage with our clients. The Client Experience Manager role is a critical part of the Loftey team. Onboarders are the first point of contact with clients - pitching them on the service via an introductory call, determining their needs/search criteria, and matching them with a Loftey agent to continue their apartment search.
At Loftey You Will:
  • Conduct original ‘pitch’ call with client to explain Loftey’s services and and perks.
  • Follow up with client (usually via email) to determine their specific needs and search criteria.
  • Vet clients to ensure an understanding of Loftey’s services and preparedness to apply for an apartment.
  • Interface with Loftey agents to “hand off” clients who are ready to begin their search.
  • Serve as secondary/backup point of contact for clients after they been handed off to a Loftey agent.
  • Seek advice or assistance from management team as required during difficult client situations.
  • Occasional in-person client meetings.
  • Document client inquiries and outcomes via multiple computer systems.
  • Work with management team on other new initiatives as needed.
